Enquiries

If you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you give us: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, site postcode, the services you are interested in and your message. We use them to reply to you and to pass your enquiry to the group business that provides the service (ICS Cleaning, SPS Security, SPS Technical or TESS (Hull) Ltd). We do this because you have asked us to contact you, and we will not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.

Job applications

If you apply through our careers form, we collect your contact details, the type of work you are interested in, your availability, the answers you give about licences and right to work, and any CV you upload. CVs are stored privately and are only shared with the recruitment team at the group business that would employ you: Independent Cleaning Services Ltd, SPS Security Ltd or TESS (Hull) Ltd. We use your information only to consider you for suitable roles, with your agreement.

How long we keep it and your rights

We keep enquiries and applications only for as long as we need them for these purposes, in line with our retention policy. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your agreement at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
