Maintain is the maintenance capability of SPS Group. ICS Maintenance carries out PAT testing and services and repairs cleaning machinery and equipment, for group clients and other businesses, while SPS Technical keeps fire and security systems on planned preventive maintenance.

SPS Group's Maintain capability brings together ICS Maintenance, which provides portable appliance (PAT) testing and servicing and repairs to cleaning machinery and equipment, and the planned preventive maintenance of fire and security systems by SPS Technical, which maintains more than 1,750 systems with more than 2,850 scheduled service visits a year. ICS Maintenance works for SPS Group clients and other businesses; its own website launches in early 2027.

How it joins up
Buy maintain on its own, or combine it with other SPS Group capabilities on one site. Each service keeps its own specialist manager, with one senior point of contact across them all.
All of ICS Cleaning's machinery is maintained and PAT tested in house by ICS Maintenance, so cleaning isn't held up by broken or untested equipment.
Clean Maintain + DetectFire and security systems installed by SPS Technical and TESS stay on planned maintenance with compliant records.
Detect Maintain + IntegrateMaintenance visits are scheduled around cleaning and security so they don't disrupt the site.
IntegrateReal examples of clients using several SPS Group capabilities on the same site. Client names are withheld for security and confidentiality. Train is part of every one: mandatory training for all our staff (safeguarding, site inductions, health and safety), plus added-value training from a broad range of courses.
