SPS Group capability · ICS Cleaning
Clean is the cleaning capability of SPS Group, delivered by ICS Cleaning. Local, supervised teams keep schools, offices, shopping centres, industrial sites and public buildings clean, and can work alongside the group's security, systems and maintenance teams on the same contract.
In short
SPS Group's Clean capability is delivered by ICS Cleaning (Independent Cleaning Services Limited), formed in Hull in 1995. It provides contract, school and education, office, industrial and specialist cleaning, including window, carpet and gutter cleaning, floor care and washroom services across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, with more than 850 cleaning staff at more than 150 client sites, over 100 of them education sites.
What's included
Each service is delivered by ICS Cleaning, with its own trained team and accreditations.
How it joins up
Buy clean on its own, or combine it with other SPS Group capabilities on one site. Each service keeps its own specialist manager, with one senior point of contact across them all.
Security officers can open up for cleaning teams early and lock up after evening cleans, so sites are never left unsecured.
Protect Clean + MaintainEvery machine ICS Cleaning teams use is maintained and PAT tested by ICS Maintenance, so equipment on your site is safe, tested and kept working.
Maintain Clean + TrainCleaning operatives and supervisors are trained through SPS Academy to one group standard.
TrainReal examples of clients using several SPS Group capabilities on the same site. Client names are withheld for security and confidentiality. Train is part of every one: mandatory training for all our staff (safeguarding, site inductions, health and safety), plus added-value training from a broad range of courses.
