An alarm signals our own 24-hour control room, which checks CCTV and sends an SPS Security keyholder. No hand-offs between unconnected companies.

Cleaners notice a faulty door, a damaged camera or a fire panel fault and report it, so SPS Technical can attend, often alongside routine maintenance.
Open-up, clean, lock-up
Officers open the building, cleaners work to the same timetable, and the site is locked and alarmed by the same group at the end of the day.

Our experience
Integration is how the group began. SPS started in Hull in 1992 with patrols, keyholding and alarm response. Clients who trusted us with their security asked for the same reliability in their cleaning, so in 1995 we formed ICS Cleaning. Fire and security systems, TESS, maintenance and training followed for the same reason.
Our first university contract, won in 2000, is still running more than 25 years later.
